Chapter 799 – First Death…

“Fight me you fuckers!” Aiko laughed like a maniac as she was trying to snipe those, now pitiful wolves that were just trying to douse the flames.

“You can’t do that!” Aiko paid 1,000 Soul Points for each grenade, so she didn’t want them to go to waste.

“Eat this!” Aiko kept shooting until she could hear dinging sounds.

“Hm?” Aiko tilted her head and could see a large wolf running towards her. The large green ugly was also strange, no longer as ugly, but still very green.

“Retreat~” Aiko stuck out her tongue before running away.

Her pursuer was angered so it chased her all the way towards the barrier that separated the waves from the actual safe area.

“What’cha gonna do now, huh!?” Aiko wiggled her butt at him before getting inside.

The rider and wolf both angrily roared, but they were unable to put a dent into those ridiculously huge and tall walls.

They had no other option than to give up.

*Thunk**Ding*

“Kekeke” However, that didn’t mean that Aiko would let them leave as she shot it to the back of the head with the golf ball.

That thing unfortunately had some primitive armour, so it just dinged it, but that didn’t mean it dealt no damage.

“ROAR” The rider roared at her before screaming some illegible words at her.

However, Aiko didn’t care. She would always wait until it turned around and-

That’s right. She kept slamming those damned balls to the back of its head.

“ROAR!” This enraged the rider more and more, but since Aiko was in the safe area…

“Unlimited ammo fuckers~!” Aiko cackled at them. She was having a lot of fun with this, and she would keep going until they either gave up or learned the patience of a monk.

Well, at this stage, even monks wouldn’t be able to resist against such ridicule, so it was impossible for this lowly field boss to resist either.

Aiko kept dinging it until it was panting from exhaustion.

“Hehehe~” Aiko chuckled. She planned this, so that she didn’t need to fight the boss monster, but she also paid attention to not damage it too much so that it wouldn’t suddenly die.

“H-hold on.” Aiko laughed awkwardly. “One, two, three… WHY ARE THERE 21 VILLAGES?!” She almost fainted when she realised there were so many of them.

“What am I supposed to do…?” Aiko laughed foolishly. She didn’t expect them to multiply so quickly!

“Are they fucking the wolves or something…” Aiko shook her head. That couldn’t be right, otherwise that would be even more disgusting than their faces!

“Hmmm…” Aiko pondered on what happened, but she would simply not be able to figure out anything until she left the safe area.

“Whatever.” Aiko pouted, not feeling like doing more, so she slowly went home.

“Let’s see…” There were no deaths, so she barely earned anything.

Well, she did recoup her cost and then some, but it was far from enough for her.

She needed a lot of Soul Points for those tasty tails, so she was unwilling to give up so soon!

With that in mind. She made up her mind to cause even more trouble, but she would go about this.

“Since they made me angry, it’s frontal assault!” Aiko would ignore the guerilla things and just go the old reliable!

“Wait…” Aiko suddenly smirked. “Surely not…” She cackled like she had another brilliant idea.

One ‘night’ was enough for her to feel refreshed and with another day underway, she planned to cause even more problems to those fuckers!

Her first order of business was to buy more incendiary grenades and make them fly sky-high.

She wanted those flames to rain down and spread quicker, but whether this worked or not was difficult to say…

“The timing depends on how hard I swing that thing, but it’s just so hard to replicate the swing strength.” Aiko shook her head. She couldn’t figure out how to maintain her strength or rather the swing speed and other things.

Her main problem was that the golf club did actually bend slightly each time, so she also had to adjust for that.

The first golf clubs were free, but if she wanted to use two of the same type at once, she would have to pay extra.

Aiko didn’t want that, since the whole purpose of this thing was its cheap price.

“Well, I will be able to figure something out.” Aiko nodded her head slowly. She would just have to figure out what to do and be done with it.

She didn’t like this one since there were too many enemies, and they even made villages and cooperated.

Those wolves were also pain in the ass, since they were quick and were able to dodge her balls making aiming even more difficult.

“I want my mortar!” Aiko complained, but that thing increased or decreased in price over time. She didn’t understand why that was happening, but it was very strange.

Actually, everything would increase or decrease in price, but Aiko couldn’t find how or why this was a thing.

“Well, maybe one day I will figure everything out.” Aiko would just pester her system to tell her later, but first she would focus on what was right in front of her for the time being.

Another rest later, Aiko felt refreshed. She would be able to do a lot of things today, at least that’s what she believed~!

“… Aaaaaand they fucking multiplied again.” Aiko groaned unhappily when she counted those damned villages again.

“That’s it!” Aiko stomped her feet going back inside.

And out walked a freaking heavy armour with a huge ass hammer.

“I’m taking you out.” Aiko flung her head to close the visor as her heavy freaking armour rattled towards the villages.

“Who needs speeeeed!” Aiko tried to comfort herself, but this thing was so damned heavy and slow!

“I will get you one day!” Aiko walked towards the first village.

“One day, just wait!” Aiko kept walking and walking.

Aiko was now some ways away from the front gate.

“Any day now….” She was tired from walking so far, but she knew that she would be able to get there! She would! Soon! Very soon!

“Aaaany moment!” Aiko screamed. She didn’t care about them noticing her because…

This damned armour was so damn heavy and loud that pretty much all villages knew that she was already here.

“Alright…!” Aiko was finally in front of the gate, when-

“Hm? Hm? HM?” Aiko looked around.

No armour. No heavy weapon. No ugly village.

“What…?” Aiko titled her head.

Why was she inside the safe area? Wasn’t she just in front of the village?!

“FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF” Aiko almost used her whole ass vocabulary to create an elaborate curse, but she stopped herself.

She huffed angrily that she couldn’t even use her heavy armour for this.

[Please increase your HP to prevent sudden deaths.]

“Fuck you. Fuck you. Fuck you.” Aiko walked towards her home, slamming the doors open and shut.

The doors then slammed open again.

“Fuck you.” Before they were slammed shut again.

It was obvious by her reaction how pissed off Aiko was, but that couldn’t be helped.

She walked for a long time, she even counted more villages appearing while she was still walking, so dying from exhaustion was not that unexpected.

However, as this was Aiko’s first death and such an unfortunate one, she was very upset about everything.

“Ughhhhh. I don’t want to do anything.” Aiko wanted to use that armour and heavy weapon, but she couldn’t, which upset her even more.

She didn’t even test the armour and weapon in the testing grounds, because she was saving her first time for the village!

*Sniffle*

“They are so mean…” Aiko drifted to sleep while like this…

“Yeah, I’m not doing anything.” Aiko nodded her head. She was convinced that those villages would stop multiplying eventually. She just had to wait until then!

Aiko looked around the town once again. She was trying to find out if anything had changed.

The main palace, castle, whatever that looked more and more magical over time and the colours spread further, but were still unable to cover the whole place.

“I wonder when it will reach outside.” The growth would slow down when she was inside, so it was obvious she had to be outside for this growth to progress faster, but since she would spend some time inside, she might as well see how quickly it can progress if she lazes around.

Well, not completely laze around. She was considering nurturing the Spirit Slime and having it as a companion for this battle.

“I wonder…” Aiko sighed gently. She was trying to figure out what would happen if she could nurture it properly, or maybe she could even adjust it? You know, make it more powerful and such.

The library was also suspicious, so she should go inside and have a look at those books. Maybe she will find something interesting that would help her in this endeavour. Like the book about the waves and what she was supposed to do!
